About SoldForWhat?

SoldForWhat is a free daily property guessing game, built in Toowoomba, for Toowoomba. One real local house every day — five guesses, no sign-up, no paywall.

Can you guess what it sold for, just from the photos and Street View? It's addictive — and it's a genuinely good way to get a feel for what property is worth in your area.

What we do

Our goal is simple: make Toowoomba property prices transparent, and a bit more fun. Today that's the daily game — a real local house, and the real price it sold for. From there we're building a fuller picture of the local market, sale by sale, so everyday people can understand their own area without wading through the big national portals.

The sold prices you see come straight from the local selling agents — never scraped from other websites. Everything we do is focused on the Toowoomba region.

Who's behind it

SoldForWhat is operated by SoldForWhat Pty Ltd (ACN 697 151 170), an independent, locally-owned company based in Toowoomba, Queensland. We're a small local team — not a big portal, not backed by a bank — just people who reckon you should know what the house down the street sold for.
