Delete your account & data
You can ask us to permanently delete your SoldForWhat account and the personal data linked to it, at any time. Here's how.
Request deletion

- Send the request from the email address on your account (so we can confirm it's really you), or tell us your account email / display name.
- Use the subject line "Delete my account".
- We verify your identity, then permanently delete your account and personal data. We'll email you to confirm once it's done — within 30 days, in line with the Australian Privacy Act 1988.
What gets deleted
- Your account and login (email address, display name)
- Your saved game stats, streaks and play history
- Any lead enquiries you submitted to an agent
What we may keep
- Anonymised / aggregate statistics that no longer identify you (e.g. total daily players) — these are not personal information once genuinely aggregated.
- Records we're legally required to retain (for example under tax or financial law), kept only for as long as the law requires and then deleted.
